Senior pastor Travis Collins, author of Directionally Challenged and Tough Calls, is launching a fourth campus of the Bon Air Baptist Church in Richmond, Virginia.
“On Easter Sunday the Bon Air Baptist Church will launch its fourth campus, the Robious Hall Campus,” says Collins. “The Robious Hall Campus will house two worship experiences, one in Spanish and one in English. During the week it will be the site for a number of Christian social ministries including a food pantry and a clothes closet. The church’s Women on Mission will run English-as-a-second-language (ESL) classes there. (Our Women on Mission already runs ESL on Monday mornings and Wednesday nights at the original campus.) Also at the site there will be support groups run by our NorthStar Recovery ministry.”
For more than 25 years, Travis Collins has purposefully helped people around the world discern and live God’s call for their lives. Experienced as both a pastor and a missionary in Venezuela and Nigeria, Collins has written extensively for church leadership, preaching, and missions journals. He earned his bachelor of arts degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and his master of divinity and doctor of philosophy degrees from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
